Colt was our foundation stud that produced amazing offspring when we first began. He passed away in 2018 unexpectedly and we have kept back his daughter within the program.

Breeding for quality and health in our Pembroke Corgi is essential to ensure that your puppy grows up to be a healthy and well-socialized dog. We strive to ensure that your puppy has the best possible start in life, with good genetics, proper nutrition, and plenty of socialization. We take the time to properly socialize our puppies, so that they are comfortable interacting with humans and other animals. LRC puppies receive regular veterinary care and vaccinations, as well as an extensive environmental exposure program to properly prepare your new family member for a successful future.

With our current breeding practices in place, you can rest assured knowing that your Pembroke Corgi will grow up to be a happy and healthy companion.

Chaos was a birthday present from my other half who was well loved and very loving. Her pups have her disposition as well. Her son Koda showed AKC during Covid and did well. She was retired in 2000 and is now living with a friend.

Wicked lil Voodoo queen

Voo was an exceptionally bred genetic clear bitch that gave us years of enjoyment but we retired her after only 1 litter. She now lives with a client who has wanted her from day 1 when she came to LRC as a puppy.

Our History

We are a small Welsh Pembroke Corgi breeder that started in 2012 with our 1st two corgis (Colt and Reatta). We have continued to grow throughout the years adding a few additional corgis to our royal court. We are currently based in Stephenville Texas raising quality AKC, UKC & CKC Pembroke Corgis for show, work and companionship.

We have fully genetic tested adults for DM/EIC/VWD1/PRA3 and Brucellosis. We are striving every year to get to all clear pups without straining the gene pool as well as continually adding to the dogs comfort, the pups socialization programs and the overall satisfaction of our clients.

Our AKC pups come microchipped for your convenience and all vaccines are given by our vet.

While most of the pups are pet pricing only we do offer a select few at full rights to select homes who will continue to strive for our standards in breeding.
